I know I’m not alone when I say that every once in awhile very often I’ll see something when I’m out shopping, and instantly fall in love with it. I’ll leave the store, telling myself I already have plenty of clothes, and that I don’t need whatever I happen to be lusting over at that moment. It happened with these pants, the shirt I’m wearing in this post, and is also currently happening with this dress (I just went to link to the dress, and it is apparently sold out. Cue the tears).
Even though in the moment I tell myself to walk away, I’ll go home and not be able to stop thinking about my current obsession I’ve just discovered. Like I mentioned, it happened with this tiger top at Dillard’s. At first, I was puzzled as to why I was so into a shirt with a tiger on it. I’m not one to wear graphic tees, especially ones with jungle cats on them. Then I realized that my sporty side was coming out. I’m kind of a sports freak when it comes to football and baseball (more about that here). For those of you who are unaware, or just not into sports, Cincinnati’s NFL team is the Bengals. It was pretty much a lightbulb moment: this was one of those rare occasions where I could effortlessly mix my two loves, sports and fashion! I could support my favorite football team, and do it in style. Because I had already dropped too much money at J.Crew before finding this shirt, I went home without my beloved tiger tee.
Luckily for me and my bank account, I was at Dillard’s a few weeks ago and immediately spotted the shirt. The best part? It was on sale for $20. I think you know how this story ends.
Yes, I also picked up some leather shorts that day. I’m obsessed.

Thank you! I’ve been wearing these heels in every post lately, but I can’t help it that they go with everything 🙂
Haha I agree! If I had them I would probably wear them everyday as well!
Love those shoes! You’ll get a lot of wear out of those this season!

Thank you! They go with everything, so they’re perfect!
Totally cute!! I love the graphic tiger – and I’m still obsessing over those shoes. I found a pair of similairly cut sandals at target for $12 (leftover Prabal Gurung’s) – and I’m so excited to style them!
Ah that’s so exciting! Those Target ones are so cute, and I loved all the colors they came in! I can’t wait to see what you do with them 🙂
Loving those heels, and the tiger print and the shorts! love the entire outfit actually!
Thank you, Tiffany!
Love that top – tigers are such regal creatures that I think they lend a great look to an outfit. The sandals and leather shorts go so well with the top!
Thank you!
Looooove these shorts!
Thank you 🙂
I love this whole outfit!!! You look like a Zara model!
Thank you!! That is the nicest compliment!
LOVE this! What a cute look, those shorts are amazing!

Thank you! The shorts were a great find!
What a gorgeous outfit! That shirt will probably prove to be really versatile as well as being totally cute. I also have a similar pair of heels from Zara and literally can’t stop wearing them… so naturally, I’m loving yours too. Awesome post 🙂

Thank you! Yeah, I think I’ll be able to wear the shirt a lot of different ways. Aren’t these style of shoes amazing? I loved all the ones at Zara!
Hahaha that happens to me all the time! I love how cute this shirt is on you! I keep seeing awesome tees with big prints on them and I love how they look on other people, just not on me! I’ll have to live vicariously through you 😉

Haha I’m glad you can relate, Jen! I bet you would look gorgeous in a printed top! I honestly didn’t start liking them until recently, but I’m glad I changed my mind 🙂
That’s an awesome outfit for a night on the town! I love printed tops, I think they’re a cool contrast with something sleek like the leather bottoms or a blazer or something. You’ll probably get more wear out of that than you imagined!
Thank you! I totally agree with pairing printed tops with leather/blazers!
