I wore this head-to-toe leather ensemble to a Cincy Chic event last week. The event was held at Curate Boutique, and was centered around sipping champagne and getting a sneak peek at the store’s newest fall fashion arrivals. Drinking champagne and shopping are two of my finest skills, so it’s safe to say it was a great night! I also picked up this amazing Lovers + Friends graphic tee that will be perfect for Bengals games! I’m slowly adding to my tiger-print graphic tee collection.
Even though it’s still summer, I wanted to put my best fall fashion foot forward. I knew wearing all leather would be warm, but didn’t predict just how warm it would end up being. I’m talking high 80s, possibly even 90 degrees warm. I had to accept the fact that beauty is pain, because there was no way I wasn’t going to wear my favorite leather pieces! This Rachel Roy top is one of the newer additions to my leather collection, and I’m loving the tweed detailing on the sleeves and neckline. This top is perfect for fall, and can be worn with leather bottoms like I did here, or with a pair of dark wash jeans! It’s also on major sale, so your wallet will be happy, too.
Top: Rachel Roy (on sale) | Skirt: Urban Outfitters (similar) | Shoes: Lulu’s | Bag: Vintage | Bracelets: Mon Ami Jewelry | Nails: Essie ‘Meet Me At Sunset’ | Lips: Revlon Just Bitten ‘Romantic’
Those shoes and skirt!
Thank you!
Leather + tweed is the perfect combo for fall. Looking great, doll!

Thanks, Cara! It was so hot, but so worth it 🙂
I love this leather on leather look. I bet you could even tuck the shirt in to make it look like a dress? Both seem like extremely versatile pieces!
Thanks, Grace! They are really versatile, so I know they will be in constant rotation this fall!
I’m so jelly that you can pull off this look! I don’t think I could wear one leather piece, let alone an entire ensemble! You look amazing as always!

Thanks, Jen! I totally think you could do it! A light brown leather would look really good with your hair, too!
Heyy, I love your blog! And that’s why I nominated you for a Liebster Award 🙂
Thanks!
Great combination of textures with the leather and tweed! Those leather pieces will be so versatile for fall/winter. Have a wonderful day!
Thank you, Stephanie! They are going to get a lot of use this fall 🙂
