Bubbles: New Year’s Eve Cocktails

Happy New Year’s Eve! I cannot get over how fast 2013 went, but I have to admit I’m excited to ring in a new year. I’ve never been too big on resolutions to follow each year, because I know I usually don’t keep them. Maybe that’s not the best approach, but most of my resolutions involve working out more (which never lasts). My lack of resolutions could change, and maybe I’ll feel a little more motivated once 2014 actually arrives.

For now, though, I am focused on my New Year’s Eve celebrations! Champagne is a major topic here, and what better way is there to ring in a new year than with a bubbly drink? I’ll be celebrating at a dueling piano bar across the river in Kentucky. As of now, I still have no clue what I’m going to wear. I have so many dressy dresses I want to wear, but also some fun versions that would probably be more appropriate at a bar. As long as I’m holding a glass of champagne at midnight, then my dress stress doesn’t matter. I’ve rounded up some tempting champagne cocktails I’m dying to try!

Hope everyone has a fun and eventful New Year!

Love every single one of those. I may just have to try them all. Can’t very well serve them to my guests unless I know what they taste like. hahahaha. Have a great New Years and do enjoy your celebrations. See you in 2014.

These all look so tasty and pretty! I don’t usually make resolutions either… or if I do they are always the same- eat healthier, work out more, and get more sleep. Maybe we should change up our resolution approach and try to do something fun like getting a pedicure once a month… that might be something I can actually stick to! 😀
