Today I decided to pull out an all-time favorite dress I last wore in the fall. The grass was green and everything was still in bloom during that time, but luckily this dress easily makes the transition to winter. Tights are obviously a necessity this time of year, but I’m eager to start wearing it again with bare legs (and hopefully a tan).
I decided to keep my accessories minimal, and opted for this black beaded Anthropologie headband. I got it early on in college, and it has easily gotten its money’s worth! When I was younger, I self-diagnosed myself with an indented head. It’s the only explanation I can come up with for why those hard, plastic headbands never fit my head right. I had quite the headband collection growing up, but could only muster a few hours wearing them until getting a throbbing headache. Thankfully, I am now a stretchy headband advocate, and have amassed quite the collection over the years (thank you for the endless options, Anthropologie).

I remember how much I loved this dress the first time you posted it! It’s the perfect dress! I see you still have snow on the ground – hope it melts soon 🙂

Such a pretty outfit!! 🙂 xx
Thank you!
Hello,
You LOOK PERFECT IN THIS DKNY DRESS! I would be honored if you would allow me to use a few of your photographs on my eBay and Poshmark page to model this dress! Right now, without anyone in it, it looks floppy and sad. YOU MAKE THIS DRESS COME TO LIFE!!! Better than any model I’ve seen in it. I am a stay at home mom of 4. I became very ill after my last baby was born in 2011. My income is eBay and now dribbles from Poshmark. I depend on my sales to raise my kids. My husband was laid off in may and it’s been hard to find a job. I would be asking a huge favor of you and I could even crop out your face so you are not identified but you are so beautiful I’d feel bad about doing that. You just made my day when I was researching this dress …AGAIN – it’s been listed since early March and I get watchers but no bids. Please let me know. Thank you so much and girl?? Rock on in that dress!!!
