How INSANE is this To Be Adored top?! I was shopping at Sloane Boutique a few months ago, and to say I was speechless pretty much sums up the moment I laid eyes on it. If you’re not familiar with Sloane, it’s a boutique in Over-the-Rhine in Cincinnati that carries unique designers and pieces you don’t see everyone else wearing (which I love). Fellow Cincinnatian Sarah Jessica Parker has even shopped there! I think my mom could see it in my eyes when I spotted this top. Two of the things I talk about most when it comes to clothes are 1. bell sleeves and 2. ruffles. Up until I found this top, I didn’t know the two could coexist together in one top. It was like discovering a real-life unicorn (only way better). I’ve worn it this summer with white bottoms, but can easily transition it into the next few months with some traditional denim. Believe me, I want to wear this as much as I can before it’s the dead of winter and I’m at my palest.
I also wanted to share that I’m going to be modeling for Trend, another amazing Cincinnati boutique, on Fox 19 tomorrow morning! They’re going to be sharing some of their new arrivals for fall, and I will be wearing a formal look that I’m really excited about. I stopped in to Trend last week, and concluded that fall shopping is the best shopping. I’ll be sharing what I got on here shortly.
I don’t think I mentioned this yet, but a couple weeks ago I was also on Fox 19 with Mitchell’s Salon & Spa. My cousin Kimberly is an aesthetician there, and asked me to be her model to show fall makeup trends. I usually don’t do a dark eye, but she made me look so good that I’m wanting to experiment with it!
