Orange, White and Blue

 Ann Taylor Orange Pencil Skirt

The weather could not have been more perfect this weekend. It actually felt more like summer instead of spring, and it was amazing! I’ve been having so much fun putting together outfits for work in the morning. The theme? ANYTHING with color. I wore this outfit (minus the shoes) to work yesterday. In realtor world, it’s pretty typical to work on the weekends, and yesterday some coworkers and I went and knocked on doors to meet potential clients. It’s days like those that I am forever grateful for Tory Burch flats. I have two pairs, one pair of which desperately needs new soles because I’ve worn them nonstop for three years.

Anyway, it was the perfect day to get out and meet homeowners. I started off the day feeling cute and colorful, but my cute curls quickly turned into a giant knotted birds nest thanks to the wind. Not pictured: my gold-plated Cutler Real Estate name tag. You get to choose between a gold and silver name tag, and most people opt for the silver. In true fashion blogger fashion, I chose the gold option because all my jewelry is gold (and you gotta match your name tag to your jewelry, right?).

Ha – the name tag comment made me laugh! That’s awesome. I think I would choose gold too. I love the bright skirt in your outfit – it’s such a gorgeous, bold color!
