Today I’m sharing another outfit I wore on my recent trip to Captiva Island. We always make sure to hit up our favorite spots while we’re there, which includes a handful of amazing restaurants. The Bubble Room is always at the top of our list. I really don’t know how to describe it, so I’ll use some applicable keywords: Christmas, rainbow colors, bubbles and insane desserts. Unfortunately, I can’t give too much insight into the desserts because of my nut allergy. On the plus side, the Bubble Room is incredible when it comes to accommodating food allergies. They went out of their way to make me feel safe, which is priceless for me!
Since we were going to the Bubble Room, I decided it was only appropriate to sport a wearable version of “bubbles”: polkadots! This Urban Outfitters dress is so much fun, and I don’t get the chance to wear it that often. The denim, polkadot, ruffled hem combination is a major win, and I got it on major sale last summer. I tried to take some pictures outside the restaurant, but it was pretty dark outside. The amount of colors used to decorate the Bubble Room is incredible, and I wish I could have captured them during the daytime.
I also wanted to give a shoutout to these French Connection shoes. I overpacked this year, and brought a grand total of nine shoes. What did I end up wearing to dinner every single night? These shoes. I’m not mad about it. They’re neutral and comfortable, so what’s not to love?
