Color Blocked

How To Color-Block an Outfit

I wore this exact color combination a few weeks ago, and I think it’s become two of my favorite colors to mix and match! They really balance each other out perfectly, with the lime green being bold and fun, and the navy making a classic statement. This skirt belongs to my mom, and officially qualifies as vintage. I love when I can fit into her clothes, and that she held onto this gem from Saks.

As I’m typing this, it’s officially fall. Instead of wishing it wasn’t here yet, I’m focusing on what’s to come. I haven’t done much fall shopping yet, but I’m dying to get out there and spend my nonexistent cash flow. With moving out taking up the bulk up my paychecks as of late, I’ve kind of been ignoring fall fashion trends. I’ll probably be living in my faux leather attire, which has been a safe bet the past few seasons. It’s comfortable and looks like you’re making an effort- what’s better than that?! What fall fashions are you most looking forward to?

You look amazing Olivia! As for fall trends, you’re not missing out on too many new ones. I am loving boots (again), long cardigans and chunky sweaters (again). Hope you’re getting settled in!

I simply love color blocking ! Though I am a conservative dresser I love the stark combination you are wearing. I would love it if you could check out my blog:
