A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of hosting a happy hour at The Capital Grille. I invited fellow Cincinnati bloggers so we could network while enjoying the latest and greatest in what The Capital Grille has to offer (spoiler alert: it was all great!).

Full disclosure: my car actually died on the highway while driving to the happy hour. We were about ten minutes away and my battery light flashed on and then my steering wheel locked up and next thing you know we are stranded on the highway! Luckily we eventually made it to the happy hour and I was instantly blown away by the intimate yet high-end setup of our table when we arrived. It made all of my previous stress melt away!

If you’re looking for a chic and sophisticated happy hour in Cincinnati, look no further than The Capital Grille. From 4-7 pm Monday through Friday, The Capital Grille is offering their cocktail time features menu, and I can attest that it’s very impressive! Our group got to enjoy their various butcher boards, which include a charcuterie and cheese board, Oysters Casino and a variation of sliders, such as bacon cheeseburger, Korean fried chicken, and mini tenderloin sliders. You can also order shareable pan-fried calamari with hot cherry peppers, prosciutto wrapped mozzarella, lollipop lamb chops, and tuna tartare with avocado, mango, and sriracha. Is your mouth watering yet?

As if the food isn’t impressive enough, the cocktails are a sight to be seen (and Instagrammed). In addition to the variety of wines by the glass for $8, you can also order from an impressive array of bottle cocktails. Not only are they totally photo-worthy and adorable, but they are the perfect refreshment in this heat! I love how vibrant they are.

I could keep rambling on about how impressed we all were and how we all kept commenting on how lovely everything was each time a new cocktail or appetizer arrived at our table, but I’ll let these pictures do the talking!
