These drinks don’t necessarily have bubbles in them, but they are sure to have you feeling bubbly after indulging in one! You may remember this post on fall-inspired drinks to welcome in the season. I found some more apple and pumpkin flavored drinks that would be a perfect pairing with your Thanksgiving dinner. I plan on going to town with my Thanksgiving meal*, so why not imbibe in some cocktails?
*Note: I don’t eat meat (other than an occasional piece of chicken), so I always eat everything but the turkey during Thanksgiving. I always avoided stuffing because I thought it was filled with meat. During a Thanksgiving dinner in high school, I was informed this wasn’t the case, and proceeded to eat about four platefuls of stuffing. It was the most amazing thing ever…until I got very sick. So sick actually, that I fainted in my bathroom in the middle of the night. Happy Thanksgiving?
The caramel apple cheesecaketini looks amazing! Perfect for an after dinner dessert drink!
How good does that one look!? I could drink all of these with a slice (or three) of pumpkin pie 🙂
Is it bad that I laughed while reading your sick story? That does sound awful, but is a bit humorous 🙂 I’m sure it was NOT funny at all when it happened and hopefully you had someone to help you out of the bathroom. I’ve had some stuffing that was delicious and others that I didn’t care for. Also, these cocktails look delicious – hot buttered bourbon?
Hahaha no, not at all! I wanted it to be funny because I think it’s hysterical. Like who passes out from eating too much stuffing? My parents heard me fall, woke up, and ran into the bathroom. That was probably my most memorable Thanksgiving to date! And the cocktails had me drooling when I saw them. You could easily make one of these your dessert!
Now don’t these cocktails look yummy?!
And I’ve never heard of something fainting due to stuffing overdose- but that is quite the story! 🙂 Has is ruined stuffing forever for you? I hate it when overindulging ruins a food for me- this happened with those cheese-on-cheese crackers when I was a kid. Ha.

Haha surprisingly, no! I do eat it in moderation now after my bender in high school. Haha I remember those crackers! I do have a few foods that I’ve overeaten, and will never touch again. 🙂
First, I have to apologize for laughing at the stuffing story. But, in my defense I only laughed because my sisters husband who is vegetarian did the EXACT same thing when he discovered there was no meat in it. Secondly, all of these drinks look amazing. You always find the best cocktail recipes. Want to bartend my thanksgiving lol

Hahaha I’m dying laughing. I’m glad you laughed at that story. I seriously contemplated for awhile if I should even post it. I thought it was hilarious, but I never know if my sense of humor translates into my writing! It was a magical day when I first ate stuffing. The magic instantly faded when I was vomiting the next six hours, and then passed out. I’m honestly relieved your sisters husband did the same thing- I felt so stupid not knowing that!
Oh my, I haven’t seen anything like this before!

No worries, girl– I am guilty every year of mashed potatoes and homemade rolls coma! Send the carbs my way.
By the way, I just pinned all of these drinks to one of my Pinterest boards. I cannot waaait to try them!

Because I’m Obsessed
Haha I totally overdo it on the mashed potatoes, too! It’s one of my favorite foods! It’s so easy to overeat on Thanksgiving, but you don’t even realize it until after. I’ll eat a ton and feel great, then like 20 minutes later I can’t move or breathe. Let me know if you make any!

These all look SO yummy Olivia! I don’t think there’s any way I could pick a favorite! I’m not a big meat person either, I have an allergy to beef and choose not to eat any other red meat as a result. The only meat I eat on a somewhat regular basis is chicken, so I understand where you’re coming from.

I’m excited to try these, too! That’s terrible about your beef allergy. I have a nut allergy, and being allergic to something is the worst! That’s good you can still enjoy chicken!
