This felt like the fastest moving week of 2015 so far. I think jam packed weeks tend to go by the quickest, at least for me. My feet are kicked up on my bed as I type this, and it feels great. Being in real estate, I’m on my feet most of the day, which makes for some painful shoe indents by the day’s end. Does anybody else have this problem? I’m a flats girl at work, so I live in my Tory Burch Reva’s. I love them, but they kill my feet after wearing them all day. I guess even flats don’t guarantee a pain-free experience.
My boyfriend is in town this weekend, so I’ll be doing stuff with him the next few days. He worked in Cincinnati this week, which is rare, but great for me. We don’t have any plans, but I’m hoping the weather will be nice so we can spend most of our time outside. Have a good weekend!
I came across this cocktail recipe by Green Evi, and it looked and sounded so refreshing. Something about having fruit in a drink just sounds healthier and full of flavor.
2. I probably spent a good twenty minutes gazing at these Loren Hope Mirabel earrings. These put the statement in statement earrings, and they are definitely a show stopper! These would be perfect with a simple dress or spaghetti strap top. Clearly I’m already envisioning myself wearing them ;).
3. Fashionista published a nice little writeup on how to shop the quickly approaching (aka Sunday) launch date of Lilly Pulitzer for Target. As I’m sure you know, people tend to go crazy for Target designer collaborations, and I really think this is going to be the craziest yet. I mean, it’s Lilly Pulitzer we’re talking about here. There has been praise and negativity surrounding this collab. For a humorous read on some Lilly for Target meltdowns, click here. You’re welcome.
I personally think this is a great partnership, and I expect to not buy anything from the collection because it’ll probably be sold out by the time I get to my local Target. I’m mostly eyeing the home goods pieces, so maybe my chances are a little better than the women searching for clothes. If I don’t score any cute things for my bar cart, maybe I’ll luck out with some coverups. How cute is this one below?!

This Target collaboration is so bright and cheery. I am only eyeing a handful of pieces – some dresses and shorts. Their home goods products are amazing so I hope you can get to a few pieces!
I’m not sure if that drink is healthy, but it sure looks colorful & refreshing!
Happy Monday 🙂

I’m going to try out that cocktail recipe! I have a ton of citrus fruits in my fridge just looking for a purpose in life! Like you, I kind of expected not to get anything from Lilly as I wasn’t 100% keen on camping out (online at home or live in store).
