Cincinnati friends, mark your calendars! The Wellness Your Way Festival presented by Kroger is taking place on October 11th-13th at the Duke Energy Convention Center.

The weekend aims to kickstart your healthy lifestyle. I first became familiar with the Wellness Your Way Festival last year when I had the opportunity to meet and talk with Jewel, iconic singer, wellness expert and voice behind the first CD I ever owned. She explained how her upbringing helped shape who she is today and how it gave her an appreciation for healthy food and living a well-rounded life.

Jewel is a co-founder of the festival and I love that she and Kroger together are making this incredible event possible!

What to Expect

Whether you want to workout with celebrity fitness experts, learn cooking tips from expert chefs or get motivated by an inspiring lineup of speakers there’s a little something for everyone at the festival!

One of the people I’m most excited to see is Joy Bauer, founder of Nourish Snacks and someone who frequently graces our TV screens! Her cheerful personality is contagious and I’ve learned so many healthy tips from her. There will cooking demos taking place so you can easily learn how to prepare delicious and healthy meals at home.

The Tone It Up! Girls will also be on hand leading a workout on Saturday, October 12th starting at 11 a.m., which is sure to be challenging yet fun and energizing. I did one of their workouts a few years ago and it was tough but memorable because it was a good one!

There are three different types of tickets you can purchase for the weekend: a festival day pass ($10), a 3 day festival pass ($25), or a 3 day festival VIP pass ($35).
