My blanket scarf obsession has been in full force this season, and it’s all thanks to this green gem from High Street. I can’t get enough of it. Since it’s so big and substantial, I’ve been wanting to try out different ways of styling it. I draped it like a poncho and belted it with a glitter belt from J.Crew. Sometimes you can look like you’re drowning in all your layers this time of year, so belting the outermost layer can really cinch everything together.
Another thing I can’t get enough of? These Steve Madden over-the-knee ‘Gorgeous’ boots. I haven’t been this in love with a shoe in a long time, and will actually be sad to put these away when spring arrives. I’ve been toying around with the idea of wearing them to work, but I feel like you really need the perfect outfit to make them look office appropriate. I’ll keep you posted with my progress on that.
We had another gorgeous and unseasonably warm weekend. Unfortunately, I worked most of it and didn’t get to enjoy the weather. I’m hearing there are some snow/rain showers in the mix for this week, so I’m really regretting not soaking up some much-needed sun when I could. On the upside, my boyfriend is finally coming to town Thursday, and that is the number one motivation getting me through the week. Have a good Monday!

What an awesome scarf! I’m a cold wimp so blanket scarves are my go-to during winter. Sometimes I’ll bring them along on trips just so I can keep my legs warm. So lame. Haha.
