Outfit Details:
Anthropologie Off The Shoulder Top (similar from Anthro on sale!) | Free People Skirt | Dee Keller Heels (love these) | BHiveDesign Floral Clutch (c/o)
I am an absolute sucker for spaces and places that are vivid and colorful, which is why I like to take full advantage of the flower park near my house during the summer. I’ve been taking photos there since the early days of my blog, and I get excited each year when everything starts to bloom.
When the lovely Barbara of the Etsy shop BHiveDesign reached out to me about styling one of her gorgeous, custom made clutches I instantly knew I wanted to get my hands on this floral option. The colors are so feminine and pretty together, and I loved the simple chain that was on it.
What I love about Barbara’s creations is that she uses only the best fabrics. She’s been collecting fabrics over the years, including many made in France and Italy. She also incorporates high-end home decor fabrics into her pieces and upcycles remnants of other fabrics. Fashion-forward and socially conscious! You should check out her shop because there are some beautifully made clutches for sale!
I paired my floral clutch with this white off the shoulder top from Anthropologie and a denim mini skirt from Free People. I bought this top back in April and only wore it for the first time in July. Although I traveled a ton this summer, I somehow didn’t manage to wear it until my last trip out of town to Florida. Things have definitely quieted down over here on the traveling front, which is nice for the time being. I’m sure once fall hits I’ll be itching to get out of town again, though (avid warm weather enthusiast, here!).
Another fun aspect of today’s outfit are these hot pink Dee Keller heels. I bought them when Piperlime was going out of business and only wear them on rare occasions since they’re suede. I thought this was one of those occasions!
