Fall Beauty with Meijer

Herbal Essences Shampoo

After this weekend in Cincinnati, I think it’s officially safe to say that fall is here. It was rainy and breezy all weekend, and I definitely noticed the leaves starting to fall and change color. That’s why today’s blog post could not come at a more appropriate time!

Meijer was generous enough to send me a huge range of their fall beauty products and there are a ton of items I can’t wait to try. While I was intrigued by all the fall products, I wanted to highlight a few of my favorites for you. Its funny, I didn’t realize that almost all of the products I decided to highlight in this post are hair-related until just now, but that’s a point I wanted to highlight. For me, the biggest change/dilemma I face with my beauty routine in the fall is with my hair. I have thick, long hair that gets extremely dry with an extra dose of static if the weather is juuust right. Static and dryness drive me absolutely crazy, so I’m always on the lookout for hair products that can help minimize that.

Fall Beauty Products

First up are the Herbal Essences hair products pictured at the top of today’s blog post. I religiously used Herbal Essences growing up, but haven’t used it in years. I can still imagine the amazing scent I always used back in the day. I can attest that these white grapefruit and mosa mint bottles smell just as incredible! My hair always feels like it’s falling flat starting this time of year, so I’m excited to test out the volumizing aspect of this product. I try not to use a lot of extra products on my hair, so finding a shampoo that has more benefits than just cleaning is a bonus.

I’m also pretty pumped to try out the corresponding dry shampoo. I caught onto the dry shampoo bandwagon about two years ago and haven’t looked back. It’s such a lifesaver when you’re in a pinch!

If I do need some extra oomph added to my fall hair routine, I plan on taking these Big Sexy Hair and It’s a 10 products for a spin. I’ve always seen amazing results when people use Big Sexy Hair, so the mousse will be perfect for getting styles to stick. Also, this It’s a 10 leave-in product will definitely come in handy on weekends when I have time to add some extra benefits to my styling routine. I love that this is a liquid because some post-shower products can leave your hair feeling so gunky.

Pantene Shampoo

A shampoo I instantly loved the first time I used it is Pantene Pro-V. I’m always hesitant to use inexpensive shampoos because of the quality, but this has always left my hair feeling and looking amazing! Plus, you can’t beat the clean, refreshing scent. Moisture always feels like a big issue for my mane come fall, so this moisturizing Pantene shampoo and conditioner combination will be taking up permanent real estate in the shower!

Loreal Pure Clay Mask

did incude a product that isn’t hair related! I’ve heard so many glowing reviews of clay masks, so it was exciting to see this L’Oreal pure clay mask in my delivery. It seems like ever since the weather started to change this past week that my skin instantly started protesting it. It’s been acting up all week, so I’m thinking I need to treat myself to a little clay mask pampering session.

Fall Beauty Products

Last but not least is this Ogx tea tree mint shampoo. I’ve used other shampoos from this brand, but never their minty tea tree offering. The ingredients are intended to moisturize and strengthen your hair after using it. Those are my two biggest hair dilemmas in the fall, so I love that it’s kind of a two-in-one product. When your hair gets dry it also gets brittle, so it’s important for me to make an effort and strengthen my hair during these changing seasons!

How are you switching up your beauty routine for fall?

This post is sponsored by Meijer, but as always all opinions are my own!
